About the role
This opportunity is particularly suited to attorneys with experience at top-tier US law firms and a strong background in M&A, corporate transactions, private equity, and complex deal analysis.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate complex M&A transactions, contracts, and legal scenarios.
- Conduct legal research across M&A, corporate law, private equity, and related litigation matters.
- Review deal structures, due diligence materials, contracts, and potential legal risks.
- Provide high-quality legal analysis and subject-matter feedback for AI training.
- Review AI-generated legal content for accuracy, completeness, and legal reasoning.
- Draft, edit, and clarify complex legal concepts and transactional analysis.
- Participate in quality assurance and structured legal review processes.
- Collaborate with legal and technical professionals in a fully remote, multidisciplinary environment.
- Apply industry best practices to improve project quality and deliverables.
Requirements
- US-qualified attorney with active US Bar membership.
- Recent M&A and corporate transactional experience.
- Experience with M&A deal structuring, due diligence, and risk assessment.
- Strong corporate law and private equity experience.
- Experience reviewing and analyzing complex legal documents and transactions.
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote, multidisciplinary environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience at a top-tier US law firm / BigLaw firm.
- Experience handling sophisticated private equity transactions.
- Experience with related M&A litigation or disputes.
- Legal content review or quality assurance experience.
- Experience developing or using evaluation frameworks, scoring criteria, or legal review rubrics.
- Legal technology or AI experience is a plus, but not required.
