About the role
Lymphedema Therapist Milford, Delaware. Full-Time or Part-Time Available. Up to $12,500 Bonus for Full-Time.
Responsibilities
- Up to $5,000 Sign-On + Up to $7,500 Retention Bonus (Full-Time)
- 1:1 treatment sessions — no double-booking
- PT-owned practice with direct access to leadership
- Paid mentorship + fully funded certifications
- New grads welcome with structured clinical mentorship
Requirements
- Passionate about 1:1 patient care
- Mentorship and supportive culture
- Less than 11 patients per day
- Medical, dental, vision, FSA, disability, and other supplemental insurance
- 401(k) with 4% match
- License renewal + CEU reimbursement

- Full coverage of Complete Lymphedema Certification through the American Academy of Lymphatic Studies, in addition to travel expenses
