About the role

We are seeking a Customer Experience Representative to join our growing Customer Experience Team (CXT) in Branchburg, NJ.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchase orders from receipt through delivery and invoicing
  • Maintain accurate customer contracts, agreements, and blanket orders
  • Monitor open orders and follow up to ensure timely fulfillment
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests within established service timelines
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Warehouse, and logistics partners to minimize delays
  • Support technical documentation requests and customer questionnaires
  • Communicate order updates and change notifications to customers
  • Coordinate complaint management with Quality Assurance
  • Support internal commercial and sales teams
  • Identify opportunities to improve daily processes and efficiency

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Team-oriented, coachable, and adaptable mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Manufacturing or supply chain experience
  • Experience working in a global or cross-functional environment
  • ERP or CRM experience (SAP Business One preferred)
  • Experience with SharePoint or similar systems
  • Basic accounting or invoicing knowledge
