About the role
We are seeking a Customer Experience Representative to join our growing Customer Experience Team (CXT) in Branchburg, NJ.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchase orders from receipt through delivery and invoicing
- Maintain accurate customer contracts, agreements, and blanket orders
- Monitor open orders and follow up to ensure timely fulfillment
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests within established service timelines
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Warehouse, and logistics partners to minimize delays
- Support technical documentation requests and customer questionnaires
- Communicate order updates and change notifications to customers
- Coordinate complaint management with Quality Assurance
- Support internal commercial and sales teams
- Identify opportunities to improve daily processes and efficiency
Requirements
- 1–2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team-oriented, coachable, and adaptable mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Manufacturing or supply chain experience
- Experience working in a global or cross-functional environment
- ERP or CRM experience (SAP Business One preferred)
- Experience with SharePoint or similar systems
- Basic accounting or invoicing knowledge
