LVN - Weekend Days

About the role

We are seeking a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide skilled nursing care in home settings, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and document patient care according to physician plans
• Assess patient conditions and update care plans
• Educate patients and families
• Maintain compliance with regulations and infection control standards
• Ensure professional accountability

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license
• Current CPR certification
• TB test within the last 12 months
• Reliable transportation
• Physical ability to lift, reposition patients, and respond to emergencies

Qualifications

• At least six months of clinical experience (preferred)
• Home health experience (advantageous)
