About the role
The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for managing, coordinating, and confirming all staff scheduling to maintain high-quality care and minimize gaps in coverage.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all staff scheduling
- Confirm staff availability to ensure optimal coverage
- Maintain high standards of care through efficient scheduling
Qualifications
- Previous office experience preferred
- Previous skilled nursing home experience preferred
- Previous scheduling experience preferred
