About the role
This role involves providing skilled nursing care to pediatric and adult patients in their homes as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN).
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Administer prescribed nursing services.
- Monitor signs and symptoms of physiologic and psychosocial changes.
- Collect and analyze healthcare data to identify nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications
- Current LVN license in the practicing state.
- Valid TB or Chest X-Ray and BLS certification.
- Preferably one year of professional nursing experience.
