About the role
Pine Creek Care Center is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and clinically skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our full-time NOC Shift team.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to skilled nursing residents.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
- Maintain compliance with all nursing policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Foster a warm, respectful, and resident-centered environment.
Requirements
- Current, active, and unencumbered California LVN license.
- Graduate of an accredited LVN/LPN program.
- Current CPR certification.
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
- Passion for serving seniors with dignity, compassion, and respect.
