Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in an outpatient clinic setting
• Active CA LVN license required at the time of submission
• BLS (AHA or ARC only), IV, and Blood withdrawal certifications

Skills

• Proficiency with EPIC
• Sterile field procedures
• EVLT
• Vein ablation
• Venipuncture

Schedule

• Initial schedule of 3x8 shifts between 0700-1800, Monday to Wednesday
• Potential to increase to 4x8 or 5x8 as caseload builds
• Weekend Requirement: None
• Floating Requirement: Yes, with possible internal and rare external floating to other specialty clinics
• On-Call Requirement: None
• Scheduling Requests: Not accommodated
