Requirements
- Active California LVN License
- Minimum 2 years of outpatient clinic experience
- Current BLS Certification
- California IV and Blood Withdrawal Certification
- Epic EMR experience

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an outpatient clinic setting
- Obtain and document vital signs
- Perform venipuncture and specimen collection
- Start and maintain IVs
- Obtain 12-lead EKGs
- Administer medications and vaccinations
- Complete medication reconciliation
- Conduct patient assessments and health history reviews
- Support providers during examinations and procedures
- Provide telephone triage and patient follow-up
- Coordinate prescription refill requests and pharmacy communications
- Document patient care accurately in Epic
