We are seeking a licensed LVN/LPN with experience in long-term care (LTC) to join our team. Key Responsibilities Include Providing quality nursing care to LTC residentsAdministering medications and treatmentsMonitoring patient health and documenting findingsCollaborating with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care Qualifications And Skills Current Hawaii license as LVN or LPNValid AHA BLS and ACLS certificationsAdditional certifications related to LTC preferredAt least 2 years of recent LTC experience Additional Requirements Primary residence at least 50 miles from the facility
