Responsibilities

• Deliver a full range of nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents.
• Conduct daily rounds to observe the resident’s physical and emotional status.
• Administer medications.
• Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information.
• Promote a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice as an LVN/LPN in the state.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Nice to have experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment.
• Nice to have nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents.
• Nice to have behavioral care or memory care experience.
• Nice to have experience with PointClickCare (PCC).

Pay

Salary Range: $34.00-$35.00 per hour
