Position: LVN – Employee Health Clinic (Requisition #47062). Full‑time, Mon‑Fri 7:00 AM‑3:30 PM day shift at JPOC 1350, 1350 S. Main Street, Fort Worth, TX 76104.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care to assigned patients while minimizing risk of infection, contamination, harm, or injury.
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms and changes in patients' conditions.
• Conduct specified laboratory tests.
• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
• Complete documentation to meet regulatory standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide patient education directed toward identified knowledge deficits.
• Guide, educate, and provide leadership as a preceptor to LVNs and non‑licensed clinical staff as directed.
• Participate in performance‑improvement process initiatives within JPS Health Network and the assigned department.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required:

• Graduate from an accredited School of Vocational Nursing.
• Current licensure to practice vocational nursing in the State of Texas (Board of Nurse Examiners) and maintain
