LVN Clinic - Full Time

About the Role

Provides professional nursing care to clinic patients, working collaboratively with healthcare providers to ensure quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Performs general nursing tasks, administers treatments, and assists with patient examinations and testing.
• Observes, records, and reports patient conditions and responses to treatments.
• Manages appointment scheduling, prioritizing emergency cases, and maintains patient flow.
• Greets patients, obtains health histories, records vital signs, and prepares patients for exams.
• Performs various clinical procedures such as specimen collection, medication administration, wound care, and patient education.
• May conduct advanced tasks like blood draws, EKGs, injections, and assist with procedures after appropriate training.
• Coordinates testing, admissions, and communicates results with providers and patients.
• Maintains accurate documentation, patient records, and ensures exam room readiness.
• Participates in professional development, adheres to confidentiality, safety, and organizational policies.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical or vocational nursing program.
• Valid state nursing license and current BLS certification.
• Previous medical office experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow protocols.
