Schedule

• PRN | Shifts (Full-Time): 10 PM - 6 AM
• Rotation: Every Other Weekend

Pay

Starting Pay: From $27-$30/hour (based on experience and certifications)

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assist residents with daily living activities.
• Monitor and respond to changes in residents' health and behavior.
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and update personalized care plans.
• Communicate effectively with families and leadership to ensure top-tier care.
• Uphold the highest standards of nursing practice and professionalism.

Requirements

• A current LVN license valid in the state of Texas.
• A heart for service and a readiness to respond to community needs and emergencies.
