Our skilled nursing and post-acute facility is committed to providing exceptional care to every resident — and that starts with hiring nurses who genuinely care.

Schedule

2:30pm–11:00pm (4–2 rotation)

Pay

$41–$45 per hour (DOE)

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
• Educate and support residents and families regarding care plans
• Contribute to a calm, organized, and compassionate care environment

Requirements

• Current California LVN license
• Current CPR or BLS certification
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Team-oriented with a resident-centered mindset
• Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred (but not required)
