About the role

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide nursing care in accordance with the client's plan of care, including comprehensive health and psychosocial evaluation, monitoring of the client’s condition, health promotion and prevention, and coordination of services.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the community follows all federal, state, and local laws and regulations pertaining to resident services and care.
• Demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Handle multiple priorities and delegate assignments effectively.

Requirements

• Two years of LPN experience.
• Two years of experience in assisted living or a nursing home.
• Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing.
• Effective organization, time management, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Dedication to seniors and their well-being.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
