LVC Integration Lead (Military Operations Analyst 4)

About the role

Mission Technologies, a division of Huntington Ingalls Industries, is seeking a Mission Coordinator – LVC Integration Lead to support Navy Surface Warfare Center – Corona (NSWC Corona) in providing Marine Corps LVC training. This role involves assisting with the planning, design, and execution of LVC training events, coordinating with various stakeholders, and managing system implementations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as NSWC-Corona’s LVC technical and operations Subject Matter Expert (SME) in support of LVC training events.
• Communicate with leadership on any technical or operational issues and new requirements.

Requirements

• 9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field or 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field or 4 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience.
• Construct of Operational and Tactical Levels of Warfare events to include live virtual constructive
• Well-developed personal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office tools
• Must have DoD Secret Clearance and the ability to maintain and ability to upgrade to TS if required.

Preferred Requirements

• Prior military service leadership level highly desired
• Tactical Training Range operations and management
• Knowledge of Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (C4I) systems and operations
• Knowledge of Marine Constructive Suite, Joint Semi-Automated Forces (JSAF) simulation or other HLA/DIS modeling tools
• USMC combat and training systems or Aviation combat and training systems

Physical Requirements

May require working in an office, industrial, shipboard, or laboratory environment. Capable of climbing ladders and tolerating confined spaces and extreme temperature variances.
