Luxury Valet Garage Porter
About the role
We are seeking a Luxury Valet Garage Porter to join our team at one of our most prestigious and luxurious hotels in Sarasota, Florida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for controlling parking logistics during the hours of 8am-5pm each day.
Responsibilities
- Guide employees into assigned parking areas
- Control keys for cars that are stacked
- Move vehicles that are blocking employees when needed
- Drive manual transmission vehicles as part of the job
Qualifications
- Must be at least 19 years old
- Valid driver's license for the past 3 years
- MVR criteria must be met
- Capable of driving both automatic and manual transmissions
- Ability to lift, push, pull objects up to 50 pounds with reasonable accommodation
- Full range of motion including standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, climbing, balancing, and crouching
- Standing continuously for a full shift
- High school diploma or equivalent
