Automotive Valet/Porter

About the role

Westbrook Honda, President's Award recipient 5 years in a row, has a part time Porter/Valet position available for immediate hire at our state-of-the-art, world-class facility just off exit 65 next to the Westbrook Outlet Mall. The Service Porter assists the service department in maintaining the flow of customers during the customer check-in process.

Schedule

• Wednesday - Friday: 1pm-5pm
• Saturday: 7:15am-2pm

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the drive up area
• Implement customer check-in process and escort the customer to a service advisor
• Parks vehicles in accordance with policy and under the direction of service manager to ensure that the lot is optimized for service technicians
• May pick-up or deliver customers as requested using dealership vehicles

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• Clean Driving Record
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
• Professional personal appearance
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to meet company's production and quality standards

Physical Requirements

• Move throughout the company facility for most of the shift
• Spend some time outdoors in the weather and elements
• Spend time indoors in air-conditioned areas
