Luxury Suites Housekeeper

About the role

The Rusty Rail Brewing Company is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and energetic Housekeeper to maintain clean, sanitized, and welcoming luxury suites, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean and reset guest rooms, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing all areas
• Change bed linens, empty trash, and restock supplies
• Handle laundry tasks
• Work independently and identify tasks that need attention
• Respond professionally to guest needs
• Assist the Event Department with linen care and event setup and teardown

Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry items
• Ability to stand or move for extended periods
• Ability to climb stairs and perform physically active tasks
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Ability to manage time effectively and complete tasks efficiently
• Professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with guests and team members
• Reliable, honest, and punctual
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required

Schedule

Part-time position working approximately 15–20 hours per week. Candidates must be available between the hours of 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM, with Sunday availability required.

Pay

Compensation is hourly and based on experience, with the opportunity to receive guest tips when applicable.
