Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of resident apartments and common areas.
• Aid in preparing empty apartments for new residents.
• Ensure resident/guest satisfaction by promptly addressing needs and requests.
• Help respond to resident emergencies as needed.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards all residents, visitors, and colleagues.

Qualifications

• No prior experience necessary; training provided.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
• Capable of making independent decisions in variable situations.
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability to unstandardized conditions.
• A positive and friendly demeanor towards residents and colleagues.
