About the role

General Summary of Position
Responsible for leading assigned appointments and meeting with potential customers to accomplish the ultimate objective of successfully closing a sale; generating positive profitability and exceeding customer expectations.

Qualifications – Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Licenses/Certifications: Some states require salesperson license/registration
• Years of Experience: Three plus years successful B to C sales experience required
• Required Skills & Abilities:
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Working knowledge of CRM software
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - both written and spoken
  • Customer service oriented with positive and outgoing personality
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Able to develop and deliver presentations
  • Excellent organization and follow-up skills
  • Works well under pressure to meet deadlines
• Travel Requirements: 90-100% within territory
• Other Requirements: After year one, must feel comfortable being compensated under a 100% commission pay structure

Physical requirements

• Ability to work in outdoor environments under varying weather conditions
• Ability to communicate promptly and clearly via phone and computer
• Ability to drive or travel between job sites as needed
