Luxury Retail Sales Associate

The Vault Luxury Resale, a nationally recognized, women-owned, second-generation business specializing in high-end luxury resale, is looking for a detail-oriented, experienced retail professional with an outgoing personality to join our team as a temporary part-time Luxury Retail Sales Associate.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge each customer and provide store layout guidance.
• Handle payments in accordance with company procedures, including providing accurate change for cash transactions and processing credit card payments using the designated POS system.
• Provide outstanding customer service by promptly answering phone calls and efficiently directing them to the appropriate internal contact.
• Keep informed about current sales, promotions, and special events occurring at the store.
• Properly package customer purchases.
• Maintain a clean and organized cash desk area, ensuring that all necessary supplies are fully stocked.
• Support surrounding areas, such as the Jewelry Boutique and Handbags sections, along with tasks like pricing and other assigned duties.
• Training will be provided for selling Luxury Handbags.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of retail experience in a specialty boutique or department store.
• Sales experience in the fashion industry is a plus.
• At least 2 years of retail and point of sale experience.

Schedule

• Part-time: Up to 30 hours per week.
• Saturday availability is required, with a commitment to working 2-3 Saturdays per month.
• Evening shifts may be required for public and private store events held outside of regular business hours.
• No remote work is available for this position.
