Responsibilities

• Connect with active buyers and sellers through the Zillow Premier Flex program
• Develop consultation, follow-up, negotiation, and transaction skills
• Navigate the expectations of luxury real estate clients
• Work alongside experienced professionals for coaching, mentorship, and proven systems
• Benefit from established marketing resources, administrative support, and team processes
• Focus on developing productive habits and delivering high-quality service
• Build a strong presence in the luxury market, increase repeat and referral business, and create a consistent pipeline of future clients

Requirements

• Licensed real estate agent
• Experience working with luxury real estate clients
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Passion for continuous learning and professional development

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of real estate sales experience
• Proven track record of success in luxury real estate
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
