Luxury Portfolio Manager

About the role

The MHUSA Luxury Portfolio Manager (LPM) is responsible for managing a team of luxury specialists, developing strategic brand plans, and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of luxury specialists, holding weekly team and one-on-one meetings to set goals and drive success in the key account universe.
• Oversee portfolio manager duties including inventory review, allocation management, goal phasing, sell sheets, and GSMs.
• Recap successes in the market, prepare sales reports, budget market spends, and develop marketing programming including display enhancers.
• Meet with top key off-premise and on-premise accounts to build strong working relationships.

Qualifications

• A business administration or marketing degree (or equivalent)
• 4+ years of experience in the premium on-premise, hospitality industry, mixology accounts, and white tablecloth restaurants
• Knowledge of international premium spirits, champagne, and wine
• Experience in brand ambassadorial roles
• Exceptional customer service skills and an entrepreneurial drive
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Good time management skills

Pay and Benefits

The anticipated salary range for this position is $100,000 to $115,000, depending on qualifications.
