You’ll maintain luxury pools to the highest standards, ensuring every customer enjoys a flawless experience.Key Responsibilities
- Pool Maintenance & Cleaning
- Follow precise cleaning protocols: Skim, vacuum, brush, and clean pool tiles consistently.
- Complete scheduled filter cleanings as directed by your Area Supervisor.
- Maintain exact chemical balance through regular testing and adjustments.
- Identify and log any equipment or water quality issues according to company procedures.
- Customer Interaction & Professionalism
- Clearly communicate pool conditions and maintenance needs to customers.
- Adhere to professional standards during all customer interactions.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Time & Route Management
- Start your route on time every day: trucks stocked and on the road by 8:00 AM.
- Check in with your Area Supervisor daily to coordinate tasks and updates.
- Complete service tasks efficiently without compromising quality.
- Document all tasks meticulously using our digital record-keeping system.
- Training & Career Growth
- Engage fully with structured training designed to prepare you for advancement opportunities.
- Achieve Level 2 certification within your first year through dedicated learning.
- Regularly attend training sessions, safety refreshers, and skill-development meetings.
- Equipment & Vehicle Maintenance
- Maintain your assigned truck in clean, organized, and stocked condition.
- Follow protocols to use, maintain, and safeguard all company equipment.
- Report any equipment needs or issues promptly to your Area Supervisor.
