Luxury Fashion Manager - Jared Jewelers - Uptown Altamonte

About the role

The Luxury Fashion Manager is the category owner and brand activation leader for all Fashion merchandise within the store. This leader is accountable for driving category performance, elevating team capability, and bringing the Jared brand promise to life through styling, storytelling, and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the Fashion Category
• Lead total Fashion category performance — including sales, behaviors, and standards
• Lead Visual Marketing for Fashion
• Own all Fashion visual merchandising and presentation standards
• Adjust visual focus to support business priorities and product launches
• Build Team Capability (Monthly Coaching)
• Observe or coach one Fashion presentation per team member, every month
• Deliver real-time, actionable feedback on styling and layering, wardrobe building, and emotional storytelling
• Turn training into daily behaviors and habits
• Activate the Brand Promise
• You Will Help Customers Express their creativity through styling and layering
• You Will Discover their personal style through curated recommendations
• You Will Celebrate meaningful moments through Fashion jewelry
• You Will Drive Performance Excellence
• You Will Improve key KPIs including ATV, attachment, and clienteling behaviors
• You Will Reinforce consistent Fashion presentations across the team
• You Will Lead by example through personal performance
• You Will Lead and Develop Talent
• You Will Partner with store leadership to identify and develop Fashion talent
• You Will Build a culture of teamwork, accountability, and shared success

Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading and developing teams
• Experience in fashion retail or related field
• Strong understanding of fashion trends and consumer behavior
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead visual merchandising and storytelling initiatives
• Ability to motivate and inspire team members
• Experience with CRM systems and customer relationship management
