About the role
We are seeking a highly dependable and service-oriented Chauffeur to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing safe, timely, and courteous transportation services to our diverse clientele. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, a commitment to excellence, and a genuine desire to exceed passenger expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, potential clients, and team members.
- Ensure a safe, pleasant, and efficient transportation experience for all passengers.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Transport passengers to and from various destinations in a timely manner.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform pre- and post-trip inspections.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and passengers.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements
- Be at least 25 years old.
- Have a minimum of two years of passenger transport experience.
- Have an impeccable lifelong driving history.
- Be able to pass a background check and drug test (including marijuana) and have (or be able to obtain) a valid DOT medical certification.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service and time management skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to handle various vehicle types, including EVs, Sedans, SUVs, and Vans and to drive safely under pressure and in adverse traffic/weather conditions.
- Adapt quickly to state-of-the-art apps and technology.
- Demonstrate a commitment to discretion, professionalism, and meticulous attention to detail.
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation, including but not limited to, lifting, carrying, and moving items weighing up to 70 pounds and sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
