At Jared, we deliver Accessible Luxury and exceptional careers. The Luxury Bridal Manager is the category owner and experience leader for all Bridal merchandise, ensuring every customer receives a confident, emotional, and expertly guided experience during one of life’s most meaningful purchases.

Responsibilities

• Own the Bridal Category and lead total category performance—including sales, behaviors, and standards.
• Serve as the expert in diamonds, storytelling, and closing with confidence.
• Drive consistency in Bridal presentations across all team members.
• Lead visual marketing for Bridal, owning visual merchandising and storytelling execution.
• Ensure displays reinforce romance, emotion, and confidence in purchase.
• Align visual focus to key moments, launches, and selling priorities.
• Build team capability through monthly coaching: observe or coach one Bridal presentation per team member each month, delivering real‑time, actionable feedback on diamond education, confidence, emotional storytelling, payment options, and closing.
• Activate the brand promise by helping customers express their individuality through meaningful selections and guided experiences.
• Drive performance excellence by improving key KPIs such as conversion, appointment culture, and follow‑up behaviors; reinforce consistent Bridal presentations; lead by example through personal performance.
• Lead and develop talent by partnering with store leadership to identify and develop Bridal talent and building a culture of teamwork, accountability, and shared success.

Pay

Base pay plus commission on sales.
