Responsibilities

• Stand, greet, qualify, and close prospects with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Lease apartments to maintain high occupancy and strong leasing performance
• Verify applications, process leasing paperwork, and ensure accurate documentation
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects
• Generate new traffic through outreach efforts and community engagement
• Host resident functions and contribute to maintaining positive resident relations
• Create and maintain the property’s social media presence to drive traffic and engagement
• Support the Property Manager and/or Leasing Manager with daily operational tasks
• Represent the community with a friendly and professional demeanor

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of previous experience leasing conventional apartments (required)
• Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and a polished, professional appearance
• Flexible schedule – weekends required
• Social media or marketing content creation experience strongly preferred
• Stable work history
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
