Apartment Leasing Agent
About the role
As a Leasing Agent, you will showcase the community to prospective residents through tours and open houses, highlighting the features and benefits of the apartments. You will assist prospective residents with the application and leasing process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. You will utilize your sales skills to achieve and exceed leasing goals, contributing to the success of the lease-up phase.
Responsibilities
- Showcase the community to prospective residents through tours and open houses, highlighting the features and benefits of the apartments.
- Aid prospective residents with the application and leasing process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Utilize sales skills to achieve and exceed leasing goals, contributing to the success of the lease-up phase.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, traffic, and leasing activity using property management software.
- Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the property management team to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
- Participate in community events and outreach efforts to promote.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service, preferably in the property management industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with prospective residents.
- High level of motivation and a results-driven mindset to achieve leasing goals.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate prospective residents' schedules.
Pay
$21-22/hr
Schedule
Tuesday through Saturday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM
