About the Role

As a Repair Technician (Guitar), you will perform maintenance and repairs on customer-owned instruments, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. You will also assist in maintaining store inventory and complete warranty repairs.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to provide a positive experience
• Service and repair guitars with skill and precision
• Maintain store gear as needed
• Complete warranty repair work
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Skilled understanding of guitar repair
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills
• Proactive with the ability to identify opportunities and resolve issues
• Ability to learn product knowledge and sales techniques through certification
• Effective trainer with good communication abilities
