About the Role

The Repair Technician (Guitar) performs maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. They assist in maintaining store inventory, complete warranty repairs, and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to provide excellent service
• Service and repair guitars and other instruments
• Maintain store gear and inventory
• Perform warranty repairs
• Complete additional tasks as needed

Requirements

• Skilled in guitar repair with foundational product knowledge preferred
• Strong understanding of guitar repairs and a passion for music
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Experience training others is advantageous
