Lunch Room Paraprofessional- 2026-2027 School Year
Part-time Class 2 Lunchroom Supervision Paraprofessional position for the 2026-2027 school year. Schedule: 3 hours per day (10:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m.), 5 days per week at Faribault High School. Start date: September 1, 2026.
About the Role
Provide support and supervision in the high-school lunchroom, ensuring a safe, orderly environment for students.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe environment for students
- Supervise the lunch room
- Ensure students leave and return to class on time
- Work with students to promote clean-up after meals
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Experience working in a school setting preferred
- Ability to take and follow through with direction from administration
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Calm, professional demeanor when interacting with students and adults
- Ability to work independently
