Part-time Class 2 Lunchroom Supervision Paraprofessional position for the 2026-2027 school year. Schedule: 3 hours per day (10:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m.), 5 days per week at Faribault High School. Start date: September 1, 2026.

About the Role

Provide support and supervision in the high-school lunchroom, ensuring a safe, orderly environment for students.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a safe environment for students
  • Supervise the lunch room
  • Ensure students leave and return to class on time
  • Work with students to promote clean-up after meals

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Experience working in a school setting preferred
  • Ability to take and follow through with direction from administration
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Calm, professional demeanor when interacting with students and adults
  • Ability to work independently

Skills

  • Build strong, positive relationships with families and students
