Key Responsibilities
- Loading & unloading — Team lift burlap bags of coffee beans (130 lbs) safely and efficiently.
- Material handling — Move, stage, and organize product within the warehouse.
- Safety compliance — Follow all lifting protocols, PPE requirements, and warehouse safety rules.
- Team coordination — Work closely with other lumpers to maintain steady workflow and prevent injury.
- General warehouse duties — Assist with palletizing, wrapping, staging, and other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Heavy lifting capability — Must be able to lift 130 lbs consistently with a team.
- Physical endurance — Ability to stand, lift, bend, and move throughout the entire shift.
- Reliability — Strong attendance and punctuality required for project success.
- Teamwork — Must work well in a team-lifting environment.
