FLAT-RATE CONTAINER UNLOADERS / LUMPERS Express Lumper Solutions is hiring reliable and physically capable lumpers to support ongoing container-unloading assignments at our Spanaway location. Responsibilities Manually unload floor-loaded containers and trailersSort products by SKU or client instructionsPalletize and stack products safely and accuratelyShrink-wrap completed pallets when requiredMaintain a clean and safe working areaReport damaged or open products immediatelyFollow all site safety procedures and supervisor instructions Compensation Flat pay per completed containerThe rate and assignment details will be confirmed before each shiftAdditional approved work or waiting time will be communicated separatelyPotential for regular assignments based on performance, attendance and client volume Requirements Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United StatesAble to repeatedly lift and move boxes weighing up to 50–70 lbsPrevious container-unloading, warehouse or lumper experience is preferredMust have reliable transportation to Spanaway, WASteel-toed safety shoes and a safety vest are requiredMust be punctual, dependable and comfortable performing physically demanding workMust be able to follow pallet configurations, labels and sorting instructions Schedule Assignments are scheduled based on inbound container volumeStart times may varyMorning and weekday availability is preferredWorkers must arrive at least 15 minutes before the confirmed start time How To Apply Reply with the following information: Full namePhone numberCurrent cityContainer-unloading or warehouse experienceDays and times you are availableWhether you have reliable transportationWhether you own steel-toed safety shoes and a safety vestEarliest date you can start Please apply only if you are dependable and available to complete the full assignment once accepted.
