Lumber Yard Worker (Full Time) - Kutztown, PA

About the role

The Lumber Yard Worker is instrumental in our ability to service our customers. You will coordinate and perform duties relating to the delivery and pick up of orders, and to the organization of the yard.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform duties relating to the delivery and pick up of orders.
• Perform duties relating to the pick-up of orders by customers, loading lumber and other company materials safely into vehicles.
• Work every other Saturday from 7am-12pm.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Monday-Friday day shift.
• Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 100lbs alone.
• Must be able to work outside in all weather elements.
• Must have reliable transportation to work.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and consent to a criminal background check.
• Forklift experience helpful, but not required.

Qualifications

• List most recent employment first. Include summer or temporary jobs.
• Only necessary if position requires driving.

Pay

Overtime paid after 40 hours/week.
