Lumber Handler

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Handling, sorting, and stacking rough cut lumber by dimension, species, and grade
• Ensuring lumber is placed accurately and neatly into the appropriate cart
• Working in open warehouses and keeping work areas safe and clean
• Participating in job rotations

Basic Qualifications

• Work at a fast pace and be detail oriented
• Team player
• Cross train in other production related jobs
• All-around positive work attitude, at all times

Required Qualifications

• Must be safety conscious
• Have a positive attitude and work well in a team environment
• Maintain excellent attendance record
• Pre-employment physical and drug-screen required
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds on a regular basis
• Always required to wear personal protective equipment
