About the role

The DermAesthetic Consulting Group (DAC) is seeking a highly experienced Aesthetic Nurse or PA to join a thriving Boston-based aesthetic practice. This is a senior-level clinical role with significant growth potential and a lucrative compensation structure.

Responsibilities

• Perform non-invasive and minimally invasive aesthetic procedures such as Botox, dermal fillers, PRP, Daxxy Facials, and Sculptra
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history reviews, and skin evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans
• Educate patients on aesthetic options, pre- and post-treatment care, and manage expectations to ensure satisfaction and safety
• Administer injections, including Botox, dermal fillers, and other injectable therapies, following sterile techniques and established protocols
• Maintain accurate medical documentation within electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Patient Now, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Collaborate with the medical team to coordinate patient care plans, develop full treatment plans, and follow-up appointments for optimal results
• Stay current on aesthetic innovations, safety standards, and industry best practices through ongoing education and clinical research participation
• Conduct in-depth consultations to our patients and develop robust treatment plans, and earn the trust and business of new patients
• Participate in social media content for this location, geared at treatment and product education, before and after photos, and other team content to create social proof for your work

Requirements

• Must have a valid Massachusetts RN or PA license
• Must have a minimum of 5 Years Full Time Experience working in an aesthetic practice or medical spa setting
• Must have a proven track record in building strong patient treatment volume
• Must have a proven track record to build a strong patient base
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must have functional or preventive health experience in Peptides or Medical Weight Loss
• Must have a social following of at least 5k followers
