Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and aesthetic evaluations
  • Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and expectations
  • Perform non-surgical aesthetic treatments including:
    • Botox and other neuromodulators
    • Dermal fillers
    • Laser treatments
    • Chemical peels
    • Other aesthetic procedures as trained
  • Provide education on skincare, maintenance treatments, and preventative care
  • Ensure safe treatment practices and maintain strict compliance with medical and regulatory standards
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and procedures
  • Conduct follow-up appointments to monitor outcomes and patient satisfaction
  • Stay current on emerging aesthetic technologies, products, and best practices
  • Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure exceptional patient care
  • Contribute to practice growth through excellent patient relationships and retention

Qualifications

  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Arkansas
  • Experienced aesthetic injectors strongly preferred
  • Minimum 1 year experience in aesthetic medicine required
  • Experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers required
  • Experience with hormone replacement therapy required
  • Experience in medical weight loss programs preferred
  • Strong consultation skills and ability to develop personalized treatment plans
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of professionalism, ethics, and patient care
  • Passion for aesthetics and ongoing learning
