About the role

Responsibilities
- Create and maintain course and instructional programs aligned with the university's mission and vision.
- Aid in the development of curriculum in both residential and distance education environments.
- Engage in research/scholarship or creative activity that aligns with the expectations of their respective college or school.
- Provide individualized attention to students, recognizing their unique differences, abilities, and interests.
Requirements
- Earned doctoral degree from an accredited institution in an area relevant to their teaching.
- Evidence of outstanding contributions in their professional or academic field, recognized by peers.
Qualifications
- Doctorate or terminal professional master’s degree in an area relevant to teaching.
- Experience in teaching and maintaining high standards of academic integrity.
- Ability to develop and deliver effective courses and engage with students.
- Knowledge of current educational methodologies and technologies.
Skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse student needs.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using educational technology tools.

Pay
$91,500.00 - $144,000.00
Schedule
Contracted for 10, 11, or 12 months (24, 27, or 30 load hours, respectively).
