Lubrication and Maintenance Technician

Job Qualifications

• Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical training or coursework in maintenance, mechanics, or a related field is a plus.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with lubricants, coolants, or industrial fluids is a plus (training provided).
• Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and maintenance schedules.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Basic computer or data entry skills preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40–50 lbs.
• Comfortable working around machinery, fluids, and industrial environments.
• Ability to climb ladders and access equipment as needed.

Work Environment

• Manufacturing/production facility environment.
• Exposure to moving machinery, oils, coolants, and varying temperatures.
• Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
