About the role

The Lubricant Delivery Service Tech Insight at InsightFS in Antigo, WI is responsible for delivering bulk and packaged lubricants and Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF), ensuring accurate inventory management and billing, installing and maintaining customer and company lubricant and fuel systems, assisting the sales team, adhering to company credit policy, scheduling a maintenance and repair schedule, maintaining department equipment and vehicles, developing and maintaining records of company-owned tanks and equipment, and performing other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Marks and ensures efficient delivery of bulk and packaged lubricants and DEF.
• Ensures accurate communication of inventory management and billing of products and services.
• Installs and maintains customer and company lubricant and fuel systems.
• Aids the sales team in increasing the sales of lubricants.
• Adheres to company credit policy.
• Efficiently schedules a cost-effective maintenance and repair schedule.
• Maintains department equipment and vehicles for safe and proper operating condition.
• Develops and maintains a record of company-owned tanks and equipment.
• Works with Microsoft Office programs.
• May be required to drive to run local errands as needed.

Requirements

• Normally requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and/or 1-2 years of related work experience.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
• Class A CDL with HazMat and tanker endorsements required and must be maintained.
• Frequent exposure to extreme weather conditions, dust, fumes, chemicals, and electrical hazards with appropriate safety measures.
• Ability to work hours other than those considered normal.
• Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK's policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.
• Frequently required to lift 51 to 70 lbs.
• Must be able to travel independently and overnight.

Skills

Knowledge of lubricant and fuel systems, Microsoft Office programs, and ability to work independently and overnight.
