About the role
Lester Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking dedicated Lube & Tire Technicians to join their team. This position offers an entry-level path to a rewarding career in automotive service.
Responsibilities
- Perform oil and filter changes according to manufacturer specifications
- Rotate, mount, and balance tires
- Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections
- Identify and report potential vehicle concerns to service advisors or technicians
- Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency in all work performed
- Follow all dealership and industry safety procedures
- Complete required training to develop skills
Requirements
- Some hands-on experience with basic vehicle maintenance
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- At least 18 years old for insurance reasons
- Pass a background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Full-time schedule: Monday through Friday and every other Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
