Lube Technician

About the role

K&M Development is a franchisee for Take 5 Oil Change, a fast-growing quick lube brand. We are currently seeking new team members to join us in opening several new stores across South and North Dakota. Take 5 offers a unique blend of automotive services and customer service, focusing on a “stay in your car” drive-thru format.

Responsibilities

• Aid customers in choosing appropriate oil types and other services
• Perform engine oil and oil filter changes
• Inspect and top off automotive fluids
• Wash windshields and adjust tire pressure
• Replace air/cabin filters and windshield wipers
• Process payments for services provided
• Restock and maintain inventory levels on the shop floor
• Maintain store organization and cleanliness
• Pursue personal growth through Take 5’s extensive internal resources

Requirements

• Outgoing and positive attitude
• People-oriented
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Physical stamina to work in various positions
• Reliable transportation to and from work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a customer-facing role preferred
