Role Overview
The Lube and Tire Technician performs basic vehicle services such as oil changes, tire mounting/dismounting, wheel balancing, and alignments.
Responsibilities
- Drive customers to and from the shop as needed.
- Pick up parts and supplies.
- Conduct safety and emissions inspections.
- Maintain shop cleanliness.
- Observe vehicle conditions and document inspections.
- Adhere to safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license.
- At least 18 years old.
- Basic understanding of automotive mechanics.
- Ability to work a minimum of five days per week, including Saturdays.
Physical & Working Conditions
The position involves exposure to loud noises, dust, fumes, and hazardous materials, with temperature variations. Physical demands include standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 70 pounds, and good vision. Personal protective equipment may be required. Pay
Pay ranges from $16–$19 per hour depending on experience. Compensation is provided on a bi‑weekly basis.
