Lube and Tire Technician

About the role

This position involves performing basic automotive services such as oil changes, tire mounting/dismounting, wheel balancing, and alignments. The technician will safely transport customers and parts, conduct vehicle inspections, and keep the shop clean.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire mounting/dismounting, wheel balancing, and alignments.
• Safely transport customers and parts.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and observe vehicle conditions to identify potential repairs.
• Maintain shop cleanliness.
• Follow safety protocols and operate company vehicles responsibly.
• Emphasize safety, customer service, and proper documentation of vehicle conditions.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Basic understanding of automotive mechanics (preferred).
• Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 70 pounds.
• Ability to work in varying environmental conditions with personal protective equipment as needed.
