Lube and Tire Technician

About the role

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform car and truck service & repair, preventive maintenance, in-fleeting, and buy-back service according to company policy and procedures. This full-time position requires routine judgment and initiative, with a focus on customer needs, safety, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all repairs and preventative maintenance are completed according to the manufacturer's specifications and guidelines.
• Provide safe and reliable vehicles upon completion of repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Perform in-fleet servicing on new cars according to company procedures as required.
• Perform buy-back/turn-back servicing according to company procedures as required.
• Perform vehicle servicing/repairing to maintain company standards; maintain Out-Of-Service at or below 2%.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 convicted moving violations in the last 3 years (total points on driving record cannot exceed 8 points).
• No drug or alcohol-related incidents in the last 3 years (DUI/DWI).
• Must have 1 year of experience handling automotive mechanical service procedures in a work-center atmosphere in the last 3 years.
• Must pass a background check/MVR and drug test.

Pay

• Starting salary: $20 - $22/hour, dependent on ASE certifications.
• $2.00/hour pay differential for weekday shifts after 11:00 AM.
• $6.00/hour pay differential for weekend shifts.
• Additional pay for VSI License and ASE Certifications.
• $1,000 tool allowance.

Schedule

Must be able to work one of the following full-time schedules:

• Monday - Friday: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
• Monday - Friday: 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM
