Luau Buffet Attendant PT - Sea Life Park

Roles & Responsibilities

• Set up assigned area for daily operation
• Greet customers
• Keep area clean and stocked during business hours, including trash disposal, condiment replenishing, and cleaning tables, chairs, and trays in accordance with safety/health policies
• Abside by all food handling requirements at all times
• Assist other areas when needed
• Additional duties or tasks as assigned or requested

Working Conditions

• Indoors & Outdoors
• Work Schedule: As scheduled but with flexibility to meet the department’s needs

• Cleaning tools and products

Physical Demands

• Frequent standing and walking
• May require some lifting of up to 65lb

Communication Demands

• Requires effective communication skills to provide excellent customer service
