Responsibilities
- Assist customers with information, food orders and payment transactions in assigned Food & Beverage areas during daily park operation as well as special events.
- Greet customers and take orders in a timely, efficient and accurate manner.
- Keep area clean and stocked during business hours.
- Light cooking and abide by all food handling requirements at all times.
- Assist other areas when needed.
- Assume leadership role as needed.

- Indoors & Outdoors
- Work Schedule: As scheduled but with flexibility to meet the department’s needs
- Equipment Used: POS register, cleaning tools and products
- Physical Demands: Frequent standing and walking, may require some lifting of up to 25lbs ability to remain calm during peak periods where long lines and customer complaints are most likely to occur
- Communication Demands: Requires effective communication skills to provide excellent customer service
